The purpose of this Disclosure is to inform you that I, Ron Rosen, am a duly licensed real estate Broker and a Registered Appraiser Trainee under Chapter 475, Florida Statutes. Notwithstanding that I am a Florida State Registered Appraiser Trainee seeking my State Certified Appraiser license, unless otherwise noted in writing by me to you, any opinion of value given by me to you is being given only in my capacity as a licensed real estate broker, applying applicable standards of care required of real estate brokers, and not in my capacity as a Florida State Registered Appraiser Trainee. Any professional standards or duties of care required of a licensed appraiser are hereby disclaimed and have not been applied in the context of the opinion of value provided by me to you in this Valuation Request.
